Community Guidelines
The behavior we expect from everyone in the HalloweenTools.com community.
Last updated: July 17, 2026
The HalloweenTools.com community is a place for Halloween creators to share cards, invitations, posters, wallpapers, captions, quotes, wishes, stories, images, and ideas. These guidelines exist so that everyone can participate safely.
Respectful Behavior
Treat other creators with respect. Constructive feedback is welcome; personal attacks are not.
No Spam
Do not post repetitive content, off-topic promotion, referral bait, or automated submissions. Rate limits and duplicate detection are in place, and violating them will cause posts to be rejected or hidden.
No Harassment
Do not target individuals with abuse, threats, doxxing, sustained negative attention, or coordinated pile-ons.
No Adult Content
HalloweenTools.com is a family-friendly Halloween site. Sexual, sexually suggestive, or explicit content is not allowed anywhere in the community.
No Graphic Violence
Spooky and creepy Halloween themes are welcome. Gore, real-world violence, self-harm content, and shock imagery are not.
No Hate Speech
Content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or similar characteristics is prohibited.
No Illegal Content
Do not post content that is illegal where you live or where our service operates.
Respect Copyright
Only publish work you created or have permission to use. Attribution is required when a tool page or template calls for it. See our DMCA Policy.
No Fake or Misleading Content
Do not misrepresent AI-generated content as another person''s work, impersonate real people, or use community features to spread false information.
Reporting Users and Posts
Every community post has a Report button. Reports are reviewed by moderators; posts flagged multiple times are auto-hidden pending review.
Moderation
We combine automatic moderation (AI content review, duplicate/spam detection, rate limits) with human review. Moderation decisions aim to protect the community, not to police creativity.
Account Actions
Consequences scale with severity: content removal, temporary posting restrictions, temporary suspension, and — for serious or repeated violations — permanent account termination.
